Pregnant Tortillas

You know how there is something, that just makes you laugh. Even if you are trying to hold it in. You just can't help it! And that is exactly what happened recently. Marissa cracked me up! We were out eating, at one of my favorite Mexican restaurants. And she wanted more sopapillas. When the waitress came to our table, she ordered some more "Pregnant Tortillas!"



Yes, that is what Marissa calls them. "Pregnant Tortillas!" They are her favorite. And she insists on this name, because tortillas and sopapillas start out the same. Except, the sopapillas are fried. That's why they get those bubbles, and poof up.

The waitress and I couldn't help it. We cracked up laughing. Because it was such a cute thing. And Marissa had no clue, why we thought this was so funny. She is a hoot! And exactly what I needed! ♥
