BLT Tuna Sandwiches

This Guy has to work tonight. And his sister and I, well we made some plans. To do some much needed catching up! I just might want to do some baby cuddling too!

I wanted to make something yummy. But something that was super quick! And portable. Since I'm cooking it at home, but taking it to K's house. By request of the new momma, she wanted something a little light. That's when I remembered this recipe. This week's Gooseberry Patch Free Recipe of the Week.

BLT Tuna Sandwiches

7-oz. pkg. white tuna, drained
3 T. bacon bits
1/4 head lettuce, shredded
1 tomato, diced
1/2 to 1 c. mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste
8 slices multi-grain bread, toasted
Garnish: dill pickle spears

Combine tuna, bacon, lettuce and tomato with enough mayonnaise to achieve desired consistency. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pile tuna mixture high on 4 bread slices. Top with remaining bread and serve with pickle spears. Makes 4 sandwiches.

This is what we're going to have for dinner tonight. With a little salad. And of course, some dessert! I'm thinking a trifle of some sort. I've actually made the tuna mix. But with fresh bacon. Not bacon bits. You know, the container type.

I just put the 6 slices of bacon in the oven. And when it was crispy, I took it out, and chopped it up. OK, not all 6 slices went in. 2 were for my lunch...a BLT. :) And now, we have a large bowl of this yummy tuna salad sitting in the fridge. I just think, mayo type of salads, need a little time to sit. And get yummy!

By the way, this cookbook, is on it's way to our house. I just couldn't help myself. We're always on the run. And there are so many great recipes in here. For quick meals! I can't wait to get cooking!

Rain, Rain, Go Away!

The weather in the Sunshine State is always, and I mean ALWAYS, changing. And pretty quickly. It actually reminds me a lot, of my home state. But, the rain pretty much moved in yesterday. And won't leave! We're ready for a little sunshine. OK, A LOT of sunshine!

The last few days have been a little crazy. My Guy was supposed to work yesterday. But the rain has delayed that. And as of this morning, things are not looking good right now. As much as I LOVE this beautiful state, we're ready to head home. PLEASE RAIN...STOP!!!

Like I said, it rained all afternoon and evening yesterday. And we needed something to fill up our time. We called a couple of friends. But this guy, had already decided to take My Bestie out to dinner. And Brother B, was going to watch Baby C.

What did that leave for My Guy and me to do? Eat an entire pot of food! I made "The Lady & Sons Beef Vegetable Soup." I also baked a big 'ol loaf of crusty bread. We might have also enjoyed some homemade carmel corn, a little cobbler, and some ice cream. Watched 8 hours of Clint Eastwood movies. :) Oh ya! Baby it was a great night. Just a little something we like to do.

Not the way, we had planned our night. But what can you do? Mother Nature has sent us rain. And essentially told us, it's time to slow down. Even for just one night. Honestly, I couldn't think of a better way, to spend my Sunday night. With the man I LOVE. Cuddling, and enjoying some of our favorite treats. ♥

Crochet Along: Week 1

Welcome to Week 1 of our Crochet Along! Manders and I, are super excited about this! We received just under 30 e-mails. Definitely made us smile! And we're looking forward to the next 6 weeks, of crochet time! If you are still interested, you can still contact us. Leave us a comment, on either of our blogs, or e-mails. :)

Week 1 is super easy! And hopefully a lot of fun! All you have to do is, print off the pattern. And do a little shopping. My favorite part! You are going to need 35 oz of 4 ply yarn. And a size H crochet hook.

Right now, I'm sort of having a mini issue. Do I make this for Easter? And use the 4 ply yarn. Or do I make this for a baby? Using "baby weight" yarn? And the colors. Oh the colors! Can you tell what I spend most of my projects doing? Trying to make decisions about yarn. I'm leaning towards a bright yellow. In a "Baby Yarn." But it will all depend on, what I can find at the stores.

I was thinking about this step. And I have a little note for you. I make a similar blanket. All the time! For baby girls. The filet pattern is of hearts. And I use baby weight yarn. With a size G hook. If you are considering this route, I would buy a large ball of yarn. I usually use Lion Brand Baby, or Bernat Baby Sport. One large skein, is more than enough!

What are your ideas? I think a bright yellow, 4 ply yarn, would also be nice. Something bright and fun. Potentially for a toddler. Or a more muted color, for an Easter throw. I've also seen a pretty lavender color, that I'm sorta in love with! Oh the decisions.

Happy Birthday Dad!

Dear Dad,

Today is your birthday. Happy Birthday! I hope that you know this, I LOVE you! With all of my heart. The last 14 months, have really made me appreciate you, so much more! It's been a tough time. But I time, that I wouldn't change. Because it's the time, when I've gotten to know you better. When I've gotten closer to you. And when I've been able to give back to you. Take care of you. And be there for you.

I feel like, my prayers were answered.
When God gave us more time. And I'm ALWAYS grateful for that! For getting more time with you. For helping you, to get stronger. To get healthy again. I'll ALWAYS be grateful for that!

Dad, know that I'll ALWAYS LOVE YOU! You will always have a special place in my heart. I'll ALWAYS be here for you. Especially, when you need me most. Today Dad, enjoy your day! Have a WONDERFUL birthday! I pray that God Blesses you, with many more. And many more years, of good health. Happy Birthday Dad!

Love,
Your Daughter♥

Call Me Crazy...

But I just LOVE this top! I've been pretty lazy, fashion wise, as of late. Wearing lots and lots of leggings. With tons of over sized tops. Not a throw back to the 1980s, but you know what I mean. I really enjoy wearing fun, and fashionable clothes. But sometimes, you just need something comfy. This top might just be a little much, but I like it. I wonder, if I can make one of my own... ♥

Farmgirl Chicken & Dumplings

This has been one of those crazy weeks! And by that, I mean I'm exhausted, and I have so many things left to do. All this traveling, has finally gotten to me. On top of that, the weather has been so nutty! So Sunday, I wanted to just "Veg Out." You know what I mean?

Well, this guy had to work. Not all day. But he had to work. And My Bestie, she had some plans with this guy. For later in the evening. What was I going to do? I figured I'd make a nice dinner for My Guy and I. And that's just what I did. Well, after a long recipe search. And a little hunting around our pantry. And what did I make? This week's Gooseberry Patch Free Recipe of the Week. :)

Farmgirl Chicken & Dumplings

1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
16-oz. pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 onion, diced
3 cups low-sodium chicken broth, divided
1-1/2 c. buttermilk biscuit baking mix

Combine chicken, vegetables and onion in a slow cooker. Set aside 1/2 cup plus one tablespoon broth; pour remaining broth into slow cooker. Cover and cook on high setting for 2 hours. Stir biscuit mix with reserved broth until moistened. Drop by tablespoonfuls over hot chicken and vegetables. Cover and cook on high setting for 10 minutes; uncover. Cook for an additional 20 minutes, until dumplings are done. Serves 4 to 6.

And darn, this is so yummy! And super easy to make! Ridiculously easy to be honest! When My Guy left for work, I started this little project. With my search, and prep, I had it cooking in less than an hour. Then I cuddled up with our dogs, my crochet project, and a few good movies. By the time my Mr. got home, dinner was ready. With a little peach cobbler and vanilla ice cream for dessert.

This is one of those recipes, that I'm going to make many times over. It was that good! And like I said, super easy! My Guy told me, that this is one of his favorite dinners, that I've made. And that's saying a lot! He's definitely got his favorites. Ones that he asks for, over and over. I'm thinking, this is going to be one of them. :)

I honestly can't believe how easy this was to make, and how tasty it was. This could easily be one of my "go-to" meals, when I have a long night of studying ahead. Oh, and I also bought this cookbook. I can't wait to actually get it. And see what kind of yummy recipes are inside!

Crochet Inspiration

Recently, I came across this picture. Actually, Manders e-mailed it to me. :) And I'm in love with it! This pillow is so different. And I want to make a few for our Guest Bedroom. That happens to have a color palette of lavender, silver, and white. Yes, I think this pillow would look amazing in there! And I even have one perfect, vintage, silver button. Perfect for the center. Now does anyone know where to find this pattern?

A Woman Like You

My buddies and I were shooting the....well ya know. It got me thinking. Just how lucky I am. To have found, a woman like ya. Doll Face, my life has never been the same. Not since the day, I first laid eyes on ya. I hope ya know that. From that day forward, you've had all my attention. My love. Everything I got.

I don't always say things. Heck, I don't always know what to say. But know this. You're my whole world. Ya make life better. Just bein' ya. I couldn't ask for more. There is nothing more. Not when you're around. 'Cause honestly, I don't know what I'd do. If I'd never met a woman like you. Your Guy

I Miss This...

It's that time of year. When it's almost "between" seasons. We've lived through months of cold weather. "Locked" up indoors. And you know what, I'm ready for Spring!

I miss getting dirt under my fingernails. Of digging for hours and hours, in our garden. Smelling the fresh dirt. Feeling the grit. Being part of nature.

I miss seeing all the beautiful flowers. Smelling all of these beautiful scents. Remembering, that God gave us, some of the most beautiful things in nature. To love. Beautiful scents. And scenes.

I really do miss planting new flowers. Watching our yard fill up, with the most beautiful colors. All the birds, butterflies, and other creatures, as they play in our garden. I miss the cool evenings outside.

Yes, I'm definitely ready for Spring to come! We've ordered so many bulbs, seeds, and plants. Honestly, I can't wait to plant them! If only, the weather would just get a little warmer. And stay like that. Oh Spring, where are you?

So Creative!

We were having dinner with My Guy's grandma the other day. It's always a good time. We love to catch up with her. I honestly, wish that we had more time, to spend with her. We have a lot in common. Most of the time, I'll cook. Because she LOVES Mexican food. And well, I happen to be pretty good at cooking it. :O)

We also share a love of crafts. She doesn't really craft. But she appreciates what I do. And is always looking for new things, to share with me. Like this beautiful picture.

Could you imagine making this? It's simply beautiful! And that is all paper! Paper people! I wish that I knew, how to do this. Because it's beautiful! Or at the very least, find the person that made it. I'd LOVE to buy a piece!

Crochet Along: Filet Crochet Bunny Blanket

Hi there! I've got some exciting news for you! Manders and I, decided to host another Crochet Along. We had wanted to do one, last summer. But time just got away from us. Then we planned one in the fall. But I don't know why, we never actually hosted it. We even had a pattern picked out!

But never fear, we've picked out something fun! After much thought, and hunting on just about every crochet website, we picked Red Heart's Filet Crochet Bunny Blanket. The main reason we picked this pattern, is it's a "user friendly" pattern. Meaning that a new crocheter can follow it. But it's interesting enough, that a more advanced crocheter, will also enjoy it!

Another thing, that grabbed my attention is, this blanket can be used for a variety of reasons. Wouldn't this look amazing, as a baby gift? It's gender neutral. Perfect for your next Baby Shower! And if you are anything like me, you have quite a few coming up!

But I can also see this same blanket, as a nice throw for Easter. You know how the weather is right now. Warm one minute, cold the next. So this would be a nice addition, to your Family Room. Something to cover you, while you watch your favorite show.

If I've convinced you, please sign up! Either leave me a comment on this post, or go visit Manders. :) You can also e-mail me at SweetNightingaleSing (at) gmail (dot) com. Or send Manders an e-mail at MandersinLove (at) yahoo (dot) com.

We'd LOVE to hear from you! We'd also like a little feedback. Do you like our pattern selections? Would you like us to host a Crochet Along, with a certain pattern? Or at a certain time? We'd love to hear your thoughts!

And don't feel like we're forcing you along. We are hosting this Crochet Along, just to encourage our fellow crocheters. I know, from personal experience, sometimes I just get bored with a project. Or frustrated. This Crochet Along, is designed with the idea, that we are here to encourage and help each other out.

Manders and I sat down the other night, and worked out our entire plan. Every Sunday, we will post our goal for the week. In that post, feel free to comment. If you are struggling with something, or have some information you want to share, we'd love to hear about it.

And with our plan, we should be done the first week in April. Of course, you could also work, ahead of our pace. I hope that a few of you, are interested. Because Crochet Alongs, are a lot of fun to be a part of! I hope to hear from you soon!

Welcome to the World

For the last few months, we've all been preparing. For this very day. Lots of planning. Many Baby Showers, to celebrate this beautiful baby. Who we hadn't met yet. I'd talked to him. Rubbed his mommy's tummy, just to see him kicking. But we hadn't met. Face to face.

And we prepared, the most perfect little nursery for him. Going to many, many stores. Hunting around the internet. Swatching paint. Many late nights sewing his sweet bedding. All of this, because we loved him so much. From the very first day, that we found out about him.

Sweet Dreams

Sweet Dreams my darling, the day is done.
The moon is here to say goodnight to the sun.

Gather your blankets and climb into bed.
Close your eyes and lay down your head.

Rest for now with peaceful dreams,
Of twinkling stars and shining moon beams.

Sweet dreams my darling, sweet dreams my love,
Sweet dreams my precious gift from above.

~Kimberly L. Brennan-
Smith

Today, this guy became an uncle again. We have a new nephew! And we are both so excited! A beautiful baby boy. So sweet. Innocent. And perfect! We just can't wait to meet this new, and perfect little soul. We already love him so very much! Happy Birthday 'Lil W! ♥

Gives Me An Idea

My cousin is due, with her first baby, in just a few weeks. In fact, her Baby Shower is in 2 days. Today, we found out, that the place where the Baby Shower was supposed to be, well, it can't be. Remember, 2 days!!!

There are really not any other places, to have the shower. Everything is booked. And well, we just can't find another place. So my cousin (her mom) is going to have the shower at her house. I'm praying for warm weather. As my cousin's house is quite cozy! And not the place to host this shower. Something like 90 invitations were sent out!!!

I've been flying back and forth. Since we're in the Sunshine State...for just about 2 weeks. And well, I offered to help with the Baby Shower. Kind of crazy right now. Flying that far. For just a day or so. But sometimes, you have to do what you have to do. It's family after all. :) And these 2 cousins of mine, have a very special place in my heart. :)

So I've been making tons of stuff for my cousin. Decorations. Baby gifts. Lots of stuff. Painting, crocheting, and sewing. So has my Mom! Let's just say this much, this little girl, is going to be well dressed! But I came across this picture, late last night. And it got the wheels turning. I want to make this set!

Isn't it just adorable? I LOVE the color combination too! There's just something about this hat and booties. It makes me smile. I didn't find the source for the picture. Which means, there is no pattern. But I'm positive, that I can figure something out. And I think, I might even have these colors in my stash! Let's just hope, that the Baby Shower, goes off without too many more problems. ♥

Be Mine Cherry Brownies

Yesterday was Valentine's Day! And around here, we enjoyed a nice and quiet holiday. Alone. It was heaven! Something we don't get to do often. But we cherished every single moment!

I did lots of cooking for My Guy. Something that I absolutely LOVE to do! And he spoiled me with lots of nice gifts. Which was incredibly sweet, and unexpected! But back to that cooking. Earlier this week, I had been looking for some good dessert recipes. My Guy likes him some dessert! And I baked for almost 2 days. :) One of the recipes that I used, was this week's Gooseberry Patch Free Recipe of the Week.

Be Mine Cherry Brownies

18.3-oz. pkg. fudge brownie mix
3 1-oz. sqs. white baking chocolate
1/3 c. whipping cream
1 c. cream cheese frosting
1/4 c. maraschino cherries, drained and chopped
1-1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 c. butter
Garnish: candy sprinkles

Prepare brownie mix according to package instructions. Line a 13"x9" baking pan with aluminum foil, leaving several inches on sides for handles. Spray bottom of foil with non-stick vegetable spray; spread batter into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 24 to 26 minutes; let cool. Lift brownies from pan; remove foil. Use a 3-inch heart-shaped cookie cutter to cut brownies. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white baking chocolate and whipping cream for one to 2 minutes, stirring until chocolate is melted; refrigerate 30 minutes. Stir frosting and cherries into chilled chocolate mixture; spread over brownies. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and butter for one to 2 minutes, stirring until smooth. Transfer to a plastic zipping bag, snip off a tip and drizzle over brownies. Garnish with sprinkles. Makes 14.

So I can't lie! I got this cookbook as a gift. From K. She knows that I collect cookbooks. And that Gooseberry Patch is my favorite! This is one, that I've had on my list, for a little while. K actually gave it to me, right before we left. And it has been such a treat to have! I've already made 3 different desserts!

The funny thing is, I had flagged this recipe. In the cookbook. It was one of my favorites. But when I saw it this week, as the Gooseberry Patch Free Recipe of the Week, I knew that I just had to make it! Even if we, had to make a midnight run to the grocery store. Luckily, not on Valentine's Day. I realized I was missing 2 ingredients, 2 days before. :)

My Guy also told me, that he enjoyed this little treat. Though we both agreed, one is more than enough. These brownies are pretty sweet. But a nice change. I'm pretty sure that I can find a friend, or two, that would like to finish off our little stash. After all, we should share! I'm telling you, there is nothing like chocolate and cherries. And these were well worth, the midnight run to the grocery store!

You're My Better Half

Doll Face, that time has come again. The year is pickin' up. Work is in high gear. Lady it gonna get crazy! Then I think of ya. How calm you are. How ya never waiver. I know that I'm not the easiest guy, to deal with. At times, I can be Oscar the Grouch.

Know that I don't take you for granted. That I know, things are not always good. I'm Mr. Grouch. Probably annoying as hell. But you make life better. Bearable. Worth livin.' I appreciate it all!

It's Valentine's Day. Like usual, my mind is on work. We're out here. For my career. Don't think, that I overlook that. I don't. I know the sacrifices ya make. That you go over and beyond, for me.

I don't think, ya realize just what your smile means to me. How in a single instant, ya erase all the crap in the world. Ya make me feel,, like a good man. Even when I know, I've fallen short.

Lady, you are my world. My entire world. The things ya do for me. For my family. Don't go unnoticed. Not once. I see those things. I value those things. Taking care of me, my family, my friends, my co-workers. It means a heck of a lot!

When life isn't going well, all I need is you. A gentle touch. Soft words. A simple smile. Good laughs. Just the two of us.

I'm the typical man. Don't know how to tell ya, what I want to tell ya. I don't know how to plan the best Valentine's Day. But I know this. I love ya. With everything I got. I know that. I couldn't have gotten through so much crap, if I hadn't had you. Right here. At my side. Love ya! Baby Girl, you're my better half. I wouldn't want it any other way. Happy Valentine's Day! Your Guy

Adorable!

I don't know if you read Cakies. But I do! And I think you should too! It's such a cute blog. Rubyellen and her family are A-D-O-R-A-B-L-E!!! I love reading about her style. And in a lot of ways, her style and mine, are very similar. As in the everyday looks.

Recently, a friend e-mailed me a link, to this YouTube video. It's of Rubyellen and her family! The cutest video ever. And it shows a glimpse of her "real life." Who knew, that Rubyellen liked jeans so much? I thought that she would wear, her beautiful vintage dresses, everyday. But this is a nice look into Rubyellen's closet. Take a looksy!

One day, when I have children, I hope to be like Rubyellen. Hands on. Enjoying life with my kids. Having this wonderful style. Celebrating family. And enjoying life. I know that it's not always easy. But Rubyellen is such an inspiration. On so many different levels. Oh, this video makes me want to go shopping. Right this minute! To find some beautiful vintage pieces.

Perfect!

Well, I was browsing Pinterest, looking for some Valentine's Day ideas. You know, something fun and unexpected. I have lots of little girls, to make presents for. And some decorations to attempt. But that's not what caught my eye. Nope! I got lost in the "Land of Sweets!" That's when I came across these pictures!

Valentine's Day Owls! Oh my goodness! These are the cutest little sugar cookies. Perfect for my Mom. A HUGE fan, and collector of owls. Oh, I want to try and make these. :)

Come on. These are just the cutest cookies, that I've ever seen! They remind me so much of my Mom. Who is not only an owl fan. But a HUGE fan of sweets. :) Yes, this is going to be my next adventure. So my Mom can have a fun treat on Valentine's Day! ♥

Peacock Chairs

Sometimes, even I crack myself up! We've been looking for some new furniture. Something fun. A little out of the box. Somewhat nontraditional. Did I mention fun? Well I think I found just that! What do you think?

This is a "Peacock Chair." I'm not sure where you'd use this. Or just how comfortable, it could be. But it sure is fun to look at! Between the style and the color, I don't know what is more fun. It's just so unusual!

At first, My Guy thought I had lost it. But then, we actually got to thinking. Wouldn't it be a fun piece to own? We have this fun room that we're converting into a game room of sorts. Like a place to play cards. Have poker games. That kind of games.

Well, this guy has insisted on burnt orange shag carpet! I don't ask. That's what he had in his bedroom, when I first met him. Crazy! I know! And there is this fabric, that we want to use for curtains. The perfect mix, of this royal blue, and that orange!

This blue color, I think would go well. What do you think? I know! This is going to be one of those crazy, over the top, kind of rooms. It makes me laugh! But this could be fun. ♥

Illegal Length Fiber Extensions Mascara

If you know me in real life, you'll know about my "Mascara Obsession." It's real. And according to some, it's a real problem! I don't believe them. But I'm serious about my mascara. :)

A few years ago, I wanted to cry, when I heard Max Factor, would no longer be sold in the USA. I'm not lying! Their 2000 Calorie mascara was my favorite. Absolute favorite! In waterproof. Immediately, I went out, and bought 20 tubes!

It didn't take me long to go through it. Unfortunately. And I had to go out, and search out a new mascara. Since then, I've been hooked on Covergirl's LashBlast! But I still try lots of other mascaras. Because my LOVE of mascara, is just too big, for me to control!

I try all kinds of mascaras. High end mascaras. Drugstore mascaras. All of them. I don't need a lengthening mascara. I have LONG eyelashes. But I just adore voluminous mascaras! Every mascara, that I've ever LOVED, is a voluminous mascara.

Until I ran into Maybelline's new mascara. Meet Illegal Length Fiber Extensions Mascara. My newest friend. The one, that makes me excited, to get ready!

Like I said, I'm a total fan of mascara. I've tried them all. And I'm ridiculously picky, when it comes to my mascara. I like a mascara that doesn't clump. That makes my lashes look full. Without looking like "Spider Eyes." When I was a cheerleader, in high school, one of the girls, had those horrible "Spider Eyes." Where you could count the eyelashes, because of clumpy mascara. I've always HATED that look!

But I also want a mascara that doesn't run. I have very oily skin. Which means, most mascaras don't hold up. They usually leave me with lots of smudging. And therefore, "Raccoon Eyes." I'm not a fan! No way! That's why 99.9% of the time, I wear a waterproof mascara. It's just the way it has to be. But I when I wore Illegal Length, I noticed that it didn't budge. And it's not waterproof. A total positive!

So for the woman, that usually has 5 mascaras going at one time, this is a total score! It's the first "fiber" mascara, that I've actually liked. Most of them usually end up in a mess, all over your face! This formula, is different. It hooks onto your lashes, and doesn't budge. Did I mention the length? I already have ridiculously LONG lashes. But this mascara, made them go on for miles! Even this guy noticed! Literally, my eyelashes went past my eyebrows!

I dare say, this is nearing the top of my "Mascara List!" If you buy it at say, Walgreen's, during a sale, you'll pay around $4 a tube. I'm not lying! For me, this is my "going out" mascara. The one I reach for, on "Date Night." It's definitely one to try out, if you're still on the hunt for "The Perfect Mascara!"

Oh Peaches!

My dear friend, Rachael, is expecting her third baby. A girl! She has 2 boys, and prayed so hard, for a little girl. Because this will be the last baby, for Rach and Mike. So the news, was so exciting! And on top of that, my friends asked me, to be their daughter's Godmother!

Well, I wanted to do something special for Rachael. Mike and Rachael are such good friends. And I've known them for years! So I asked Rach, what theme she had picked out, for her sweet girl. She told me peaches! As in Georgia Peaches! Because Rach is from Georgia! :)

The Godfather and I decided, we'd split the cost of the baby's bedding. And the Baby Shower. Yes, we decided to throw them a Baby Shower. Yes, they've had one before. But, this is their first daughter. And we're just so excited!

So I began researching. And wasn't having a lot of luck. Not with the bedding. In fact, if you've seen any bedding, with peaches on it, let me know. PLEASE! But the theme for the Baby Shower, it's been a lot easier. Just look at the pictures I've found.

I just LOVE this color palette. Peach, pink, and a coral color. I'm definitely using this color combo! Those macaroons look so pretty. As does the "shake" type of drink. Yum!

How about those beautiful lantern and "puffs," as decorations? LOVE them! The soda bottles are darling! And there are those macaroons again!

This picture, gave me so many GREAT ideas! Look at the Mason Jars. As vases. Darling! Those cupcakes, look fantastic. And that curtain, oh, I just LOVE it! But in my color palette. I better get sewing!

Darn it! Everything is so cute, in this picture! I LOVE those "Peach Lanterns!" Those went to the top of my list. :) I've already ordered, some of those cute straws. And those drinks, look delicious. But it's those pops, that caught my attention! Delish!

There's that cake again. It does look yummy. But I'm thinking of using this idea, for cupcakes. :) The jar, reminded me of a peach drink, that I once had. It was a fruity, non-alcoholic punch. I need to find that recipe. Oh, and the teacup candle...so adorable!

What do you think? Do you have any ideas that I can use? Places I should visit? I'm asking for all your ideas. Anything having to do with baby girls, and peaches! I'm Welcoming shop suggestions, ideas, games, recipes, whatever you can think of!

If you have any suggestions, please e-mail me at SweetNightingaleSing (at) gmail (dot) com. I really would like to hear, all of your ideas. I have so much to do! And only 6 weeks to do it! I better get busy. ♥
