A Loft Space

This guy's mom has a pretty amazing home. I'll admit it, I was lucky enough, to do the interior design. It's what, in my opinion, "bonded" the 2 of us. Really bonded us. We worked on the entire home, together. Start to finish. Over a year. It was one of my favorite projects!

These days, her grand babies, are spending much more time with grandma. So grandma decided it's time to make a few changes. To her lovely home. Changes that will allow the girls, to have a space of their own.

First we had to decide on a room. Well, Mrs. J has a beautiful loft space. And after much thought, we've decided to move her "reading room," to a lower level. Then make the loft area, a space for the girls. Great ideas.

I asked Mrs. J, to look for some inspiration. I had an idea. The girls had an idea. But this is Mrs. J's home. I want her to have a space that she can enjoy. Even when the girls aren't there. And what did Mrs. J fall in love with? The same picture that I'd saved to my computer. :)

People it was something, that just made me happy. With a few splashes of color, I knew this would be perfect for the girls. Heck, as they get older, we can change the accent colors. And Little W, can also enjoy this space.

We've slowly been tackling this. With all that's been going on, in this man's life, it's been slower than expected. But we picked out the wood flooring. And the wood for the one accent wall. We didn't want to feel like we were in a "tree." That's not with this remodel was all about. So we decided on one wood wall.

For the ceiling, we're going with something a bit different. A paper technique. So that will have to wait a bit. Until all the other "heavy work" is done. After taking a look last night, we're right on schedule!

The floors are installed. A window seat has been built. The trim is painted and installed. The walls are painted. Heck, in just 2 weeks, we've got a fully functioning bathroom!!! OK, I'm getting excited. :)

This week, we're focusing on the fun stuff. Like that ceiling. Oh, I can't wait! I'm also waiting to hear back, from the carpenter. Who is building us beds. That are so fun! And when they are not being used as beds, can easily be transformed, into comfy couches.

This is just one of those really fun projects. One that I'm happy to be a part of. The room has an "outdoor" feel to it. With tons of light. A very spacious feeling. To me, it feels a bit like, living in a glamorous tree house. With a bit of sparkle, that only girls can appreciate. Something I would have adored, when I was little. ♥

Be Our Guest

I have to admit something here. I'm a HUGE "Beauty and the Beast" fan. HUGE!!! It doesn't matter if we're talking Disney, or the Fairy Tale. There's just something about the story, that has always melted my heart. :)

When I was 8 years old, Disney's version was all over town! I was in love! Made this guy's mom, take me 20 or more times, to see the movie. I made my poor parents eat at Pizza Hut every single week. So I'd get the Beauty and the Beast puppets and puzzles.

Heck, when my parents got their cabin, I knew what my room was going to be decorated like. Can you imagine? I had the bedding, dolls, pictures, books, and even a lamp! I was in heaven!!! And over the last 11 years, watched my VHS, until I was sure, you couldn't watch it anymore.

So this year, when it came out in DVD, I snatched 1 up. Actually, My Guy bought me 2, and I had already bought 1. :) Little did I know, Little K, and my cousin J would fall in love too! And since I've been enjoying some good "Family Time" lately, can you imagine what we've been doing?

Well, when I'm home, Little K and I have watched our favorite movie many, many times. Then I found a few toys. Including this one. That I just had to buy!



Oh ya! I did. :) And it's helped host hours, and hours of fun! Then when I headed home to the SW, I bought another. For our home. And when my little cousin J came over, she was in love!!! It didn't hurt, that we had a few goodies from the Disney store too.

Yes, our little tea set, has been one fun toy! Brought me back to being 8 years old. And has helped me, to connect with the "younger" generation. Oh, there may have also been a little library recreating. And maybe, a little dressing up too! ♥

We All Scream for Ice Cream

Not going to lie here. I've been in a bit of an "amigurumi" mood lately. Like for the last 2 months. I've been making all sorts of things. Everything from fun toys, to yummy food.

Today, I was chatting with My Guy 's sister, K. She was telling me, that Little K is all about ice cream right now. I know what you're thinking. All kids love ice cream. But this girl, is a little obsessed. She wants to make everyone, a nice treat. All the time.

So I was thinking. There has to be some fun ice cream crochet patterns out there. Something I could make. And she'd enjoy playing with. Something that didn't involve "real" ice cream. All it's calories. And mess. Look what I found. :)



This afternoon, I whipped up all the parts for 6 cones. I just need to put them together. Which would mean a quick run to the store. I'm all out of stuffing. :( But honestly, this is such an easy pattern! You have to try it out. I'm sure your little ones will enjoy it too! ♥

Uncle and His Sweet Nieces

Happy Wednesday! How is everyone doing? I hope well. Around here, we've been crazy busy. But we're trying not to get too lost in everything. And a cute call from our "Little Nieces" always brings us back to reality!

These 2 little girls, sure do know how, to work their uncle. You see, when they really want something, and their parents aren't buying into it, they call up their uncle. And they schmooze him! "Uncle it's been so long, since we've seen you. We miss you. You are so handsome! And our favorite uncle. When can we go over to hangout?"

It really is cute. And they really do LOVE their uncle. And honestly, they don't call all the time for stuff. But there are just certain things, that grab their attention. Enter in...Stompeez.



These are slippers for kids. And when they walk, either the eyes, ears, or mouth pops up. They are actually really fun. How do I know about these? Last year, I bought Marissa and Mariella a pair. For their birthdays.

You see, they were with me. And we were watching cartoons. This silly commercial popped on. For Stompeez. They were in LOVE! Instantly! So I ordered 2 pairs. Well, recently that same commercial is popping up everywhere! And our "Little Nieces" saw it. While watching Saturday morning cartoons.

Well, uncle fell for it. And who could honestly resist, these 2 cuties? We just ordered 4 pairs. 2 pair for their home. 2 pair for ours. You know, we've got to keep fun stuff at our home too!

Is there anything that gets you? Something that you can't resist. An infomercial or commercial, that gets you. And you find yourself ordering something, that you wouldn't normally buy. Yes, we ALWAYS fall for these 2 little girls. I guess, as long as it's still reasonably priced. :) ♥

Little K and Summertime Fun!!!

Little K has got to be the funniest 6 year old I know! We're in Florida. And the first thing she said, when she got here was, "Can we look at some blogs?" Her sister was ready to hit the beach. Have some fun on the beach. But Little K, was ready to read some blogs. Because in her words, "I NEED some ideas for Summer!"



Did you say Slurpee? I have to admit, that when our "Little Nieces" lived with us, I spoiled them a bit. Especially Little K. Mostly because her sister was in school. And she had to hangout with me. What did we do? At least twice a week, we'd share a Slurpee. :)

So 2 weeks ago, when I saw this picture...I had to do some digging. That's when I found this recipe. I knew Little K would adore a Kool Aid Slurpee. Girl has been here 2 days. And we've already made these 4 times!



This little beauty, you probably recognize it from the Home Depot commercials. Well, when this guy saw it, back in May, he wanted to make it for Little K. Doesn't it look fun? At this point, construction is done. All that needs to be completed is, painting it. And filling it up with sand. Perfect for our sand loving niece. At least we thought.



But Little K had another idea. She's been carrying around a sales flyer from Big Lots. For months! It's dated sometime in February. Why? Because Little K wants this "Sand and Water Table."And she was ready to tell her Uncle all about it! Forget that he's spent all this time, making her a sandbox. She wants this $20 toy...

So we spent 3 hours reading blogs. Looking at pictures. And "Window Shopping." All while enjoying our Slurpees. And snacking on some fresh fruit. All of this, makes me just want to spend a month, hanging out with Little K. She is a firecracker. All by herself! Looks like our Summer is going to be full of fun! ♥

Fun Walls :)

We've been looking at tons of decor ideas. Tons! And one that we keep coming back to, is the idea of the vinyl wall decals. When we were decorating rooms for our "Little Nieces," we used some fun decals.

And now, we realize, that you can use them in other rooms. And they don't look cheesy. OK, some can. But for the most part, they are just fun!



This van, banner, pom-pom decal is just fun! It reminds me of a scribble. Just a little doodle for our wall. OK, I like it. But probably wouldn't put this up in our home. But it is fun!



I saw this, and immediately thought..."Would be perfect for Little Nephew!" We're still working on his room, in our home. I think this would be fun. :)



Or maybe something a little more traditional looking. I just adore this picture! For all the details. Those chairs are AMAZING! Love the light fixture. And those walls...



How about bringing in some nature? Love these trees! And those little birds are adorable. Not too over the top. Just perfect!



This tree is so adorable! Actually, this picture totally inspired me. And I spent about 3 hours searching through Etsy. And finally found a seller to replicate this. I ordered it for our "Mud Room."



Honestly, this is my favorite! This tree is GORGEOUS! I'd LOVE to find this somewhere. I think it would look AMAZING in our living room. It's chic. And whimsical.

There are so many wonderful ideas out there. I found all these pictures on Pinterest. And I've been inspired. These are such fun and easy ways to dress up a room. Not too complicated. Vinyl decals stick well to walls. But come off easily, when you are ready for a change. Definitely something to try out. ♥

Here, There, and Grapes

I still can't believe it's June! Where in the heck, is time going? I just feel like, Spring flew by! Before we know it, it will be Fall. Honestly, I'll be happy to see Fall. I'm not a fan of the crazy heat! Chalk that up to growing up in the desert!

In other news, my friends are getting married tomorrow. I'm still trying to convince Louisa to start a blog. :) And J and I, are baptizing Lilah, Matilda, and Eloise on Sunday! Crazy weekend ahead. But I'm sad to be leaving this guy. Even if it's for a few short days. This is one of those times, when I wish he had a simpler job. So he could come with me, to these little things...

Well, with that being said, Little K and her grandma sent me this picture. Just a few days ago. And we made these treats. Earlier this week. They were gone in no time! Then this guy and I, made them again. Last night. And ate them all up! So addicting!!!



And what are they, you ask? Grapes on a toothpick. Dipped in carmel. And lightly coated in peanuts. Delish! Sorta reminds me of carmel apples. Yum! A favorite of mine. And if you use those little carmel candies, a treat that is ready in minutes! You must try these. :) Today! ♥

I Need Some Help...

About a month ago, this guy's sister, e-mailed me this picture. And she asked if I might be able, to make a couple of sets. You know, for her precious little girl. And her sweet friend. I took a good look, and said, I'm sure I can. Let me do a little digging...

You see, at first glance, this looks exactly like Ana's work. Ana happens to be the crochet artist, that first got me interested in amigurumi. I'd seen a few patterns, but it was Ana's patterns that got me moving. I bought about 10 patterns. And I haven't looked back!

So I headed over to Ana's blog. Then to her shop. Finally, I sent her an e-mail. No, this was not her pattern. Now what? I took to Google...



Well I haven't found anything! Not a working link. Not a pattern. Not a darn thing! :( So I figured I'd take to my 'ol blog, and ask my readers. Have you seen this picture? Or more importantly, the pattern?

Kindergarten Graduations :)

Little K, is getting ready for her Kindergarten Graduation. As is Sarita and Marissa. Congrats to 3 sweet girls!!! The other day Little K came to me. She wants to make some gifts for her friends. Something school related. Since we'd already made them some crayon pouches, we needed a new idea.

We searched for 2 hours. With no luck! But Little K, was so positive about it. She told me, that she'd keep searching with her grandma. And when they found an idea, they'd e-mail me. Well, I got 3 e-mails. And I got to work. :)



First up, were these cute pencils. I don't know where they are from. But I liked the idea. The sayings about different pairs. I took to a company that this guy uses for his business. Come on! Uncle had to help with something. :) We ordered a bunch of pencils, in all sorts of colors. With a variety of different sayings. We also ordered some stickers, and little notepads.



These erasers are adorable! Another thing that we ordered. And when they came in, I wrapped them up, in wax paper. Super easy! And oh so cute!!!



Then I took to this cute wreath. I have 2 started. One for the teacher, and one for the assistant. They're really are easy. I just need to set some time aside, to work. But I've got the flowers made. The rest, is all about gluing down some crayons. One wreath will have red flowers, the other blue.

I think it's so cute, that Little K wanted to give her classmates a little present. And I had a lot of fun, putting these things together. All we have left to do, is put everything in a little bag, and add the little tag. Little K is coming over to help me with that. I also plan on baking some cookies, and adding them in. I can't wait to see Little K on her graduation day! ♥

Fajita Fun!!!

It's no lie, or secret, My Guy's family, L-O-V-E-S Mexican food!!! It's a good thing, I'm Hispanic, and picked up on my family's great cooking skills. :) At least, once or twice a month, I cook for My Guy's grandma. It's a whole evening of fun, catching up, and lots of food!!!

But I don't neglect the rest of his family either! His nieces lived with us for a while. And well, they got a little hooked on Mexican food too! Little K, is at that age, when play food is essential! There is not a day that goes by, when she doesn't want to play. If they happen to be over, while I'm cooking, she'll either ask to help me. Or she'll pull out her play food and "cook" too! :)



When I saw this pattern, just over a week ago, Little K came to mind. Immediately! And I knew, that I had to make it for her. :) By the way, isn't the pepper adorable? Well, I've printed the pattern, packed my yarn, and hope to have a nice little present, for Little K come Monday! ♥

Girl Fun

Today, I picked up Little K from school. We were in much need, of a "Girl Day." It was a good thing, that this guy was out working. :)

Our schedule has been so crazy! And we haven't been home much, in the last month. There really isn't time for a whole day of "Girly Fun" to be had. A Tuesday afternoon, was just going to have to do. We wanted to just stay around the house. Have some fun! Do some girly things. Um, just spend some time together.

You see, last week, I called Little K. And asked her, what she wanted to do. "Stay at the house. Cook something good, with you. Oh, and bake some cookies." Easy peasy! That sounds a lot, like my "Favorite Days" too!

First thing on our list, was cookies. And we couldn't decide. This cookie. Or chocolate chip cookies. With double the chocolate chips, and tons of pecans! We decided to make both. But we made these cookies with cherry jell-O, and flower sprinkles. Perfection for Little K! And completely different, from the cookies I made over the weekend.

After some baking, and some much needed "Taste Testing," we went to "Relax and Chat." 2 friendly dogs, crawled on the couch with us. And I got caught up, on Little K's life. You know...Barbies, being a Big Sister, and kindergarten. The good stuff, that life is made of.

During our conversation, Little K noticed our iPad. Laying on the coffee table. Picked it up. And noticed that I had been reading Ruffles and Stuff. She immediately noticed this post! And wanted to create something for her room. :)



We pulled out some paper, my crafty best friend, and some comfy pillows. Yes, for the next 2 hours, we made some fun words to hang. Little inspirational things. Little K's "Special Name," that I have for her. Things like that. We had a blast! And she told me, that she'd remember this day, whenever she sees her words!

Before I knew it, it was dinner time. And we hadn't cooked! Little K tells me, "I got this covered. Can I use the phone?" I was intrigued. So I handed over the phone. And she called her uncle!!!

"Um, we're busy Uncle Guy. Can you do me a BIG favor? And bring dinner home. With some ice cream. We made cookies. And you can have some. But only if, we get dinner!"

Girl knows how to work her Uncle Guy! 30 minutes later, he was home. 4 bags of take-out, 2 gallons of ice cream, and a present. That's what he came home with!

We spent the rest of the night, catching Uncle Guy up, on Little K's life. Then there was a little painting of nails, to be done. So this guy cleaned up the kitchen, while we put this nail polish to good use. And then he joined us, for dessert, playing with Barbies, and watching this movie. Yup, it was a good day! ♥

A Taste of Yesteryear

This guy and I were talking the other day. About the "Good Old Days." Like either of us, really lived through them. OK, we sorta did. This guy's childhood, happened during the 70s and 80s. Mine was more, the 80s and 90s.

Another thing on our minds, was finding a really cool gift, for this little guy. Something fun. Meaningful. And something that would bring a bit of the past, back to life. We're just like that. We like retro and vintage type of things. We enjoy learning about the past. So I did a quick search. And found a few of our favorites. :)



Do you remember this little guy? Being that I spent a lot of time in the mountains, I remember him well. My grandparents lived in the mountains. And I spent so much time with them! So seeing Woodsy, was very common. This guy remembers Woodsy too! As he and his family, spent a lot of time, hunting and fishing, while he was growing up. :)



The same can be said for Smokey the Bear. I remember going to the State Fair, every year, as I was growing up. And all I ever wanted to do, was go see Smokey, and eat a turkey leg! :) Smokey would also come to our school, and teach us all about Fire Safety. Yes, we saw a lot of him in the mountains too! In fact, this guy and I, went to go see his memorial. :)



And lastly, are all these books. I didn't have any of these brand new. None! I don't know if they came before I did. But that's how it happened. And oh, I just LOVE books! I've always had a ton of books. But I did have some of these books. OK, a nice collection. I don't know where they came from. Perhaps, they were from my older siblings.

Yesterday, this guy and I, we went shopping. At the most AMAZING antique, and second hand shops. Oh hello! The southwest has some amazing ones. I just wish, that we would have had more free time to shop. We found lots of pieces, for our homes. This guy added to his Vinyl Collection. I added to my own Cookbook Collection. And we picked up some gifts.

It was a day, dedicated to "Yesteryear." We "rescued" a lot of the past. And hope to bring new life to it. Including a nice stack of books, for this guy's nieces and nephew. Something that we hope, brings them many years of happiness. Yes, it was a nice trip, down "Memory Lane!" ♥

A Little Culture for Little K

When My Bestie, first told me that she was pregnant, I ran out and bought this book. There's a lot of history behind the title. But she loved it! Mostly because it brought back some of our history. Some details from when we were young.



I picked up 2 copies. And now Little K, she loves this book! Every single time she comes to the house, she sits and reads this book. It's the only book she wants to read at bedtime. Yes, she's hooked.

But it's more than the book. She wants to learn all about my culture. And I'm so happy to share it with her. It's so cute, how she gets so excited, about learning Spanish. And learning about my culture. We have a little "date" scheduled. Just to learn a fun and traditional dance. I can't wait! ♥

Monster Munch

In the midst of all of this sadness, life is still moving forward. I feel guilty. I'm being honest here. But I feel guilty doing anything besides sitting at Baby C's bedside.

But like I said, life still moves forward. And sometimes, you're just pushed forward. Like yesterday afternoon when My Guy's nieces asked me, what I was making for Halloween. Halloween? Oh ya, it's in a few weeks. And I like to make them yummy snacks and food. So I got to searching for a few new recipes. And I found one that is super easy! Another Free Recipe of the Week from Gooseberry Patch.




Monster Munch

9 c. cereal or small crackers of your choice
4 c. popped popcorn
1-1/2 c. dry roasted peanuts
1 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1 t. vanilla extract
1/2 t. baking soda
2 c. candy-coated chocolates

Lightly grease a large roasting pan; stir in cereal or crackers, popcorn and peanuts. In a saucepan over medium heat, mix brown sugar, butter and corn syrup. Bring to a boil and cook, without stirring, for 5 minutes. Remove from heat; add vanilla and baking soda. Mix well and pour over mixture in roasting pan; toss to coat. Bake at 250 degrees for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Cool completely; add candy, tossing to mix. Store in an airtight container. Makes 12 to 16 servings.

Doesn't that sound yummy? I think it would be fun to make a big batch. And then, sit around watching some of your favorite Halloween movies. That puts a smile on my face. Halloween is one of my favorite holidays! So many great childhood memories are attached to this time of year. I can't wait until I get an evening with 2 of my favorite little girls. To enjoy a few laughs, some yummy food, and maybe Hocus Pocus! ♥

Crochet Inspiration

Something that you should know about me is, I LOVE to crochet! I've been crocheting since I was 3 years old! My Grandma taught me some basic stitches. Eventually, I was making 3 blankets. All the time! The granny square, a corner blanket, and a rose square blanket.

But when I was 18 years old, I moved. 3 hours, south of my hometown. 3 hours, from people that I knew. I was in college. Fully engrossed in studying, performing, and working. But I did have a lot of down time. That's when I started to really crochet more. Using patterns.

I bought a few books. I branched out. Taught myself more. Eventually, I found myself making lots of gifts. Especially for kids. A couple of years ago, I got hooked on amigurumi. And now, I use pictures, as inspiration.

Recently, I was searching for some inspiration. 2 of my Goddaughters, and My Guy's niece, are all celebrating their birthdays. This month! So I searched out some ideas. And here's what I found...



This cute hat, and poncho. Perfect for Sarita. She LOVES hats! Mostly because, my sweet Goddaughter doesn't have hair, and wears hats all the time! I think this would be perfect for her! And the poncho, is just too cute. :)



Little K is almost 4. And a BIG fan of "Pretend Play." She LOVES to pull out all her "groceries," and "cook," while I'm making dinner. We've gotten her an entire "Kitchenette," in our house. And almost the entire time, that she's at our house, she plays with it. I'm pretty sure, she'd be "Over the Moon," about this little set!



Lastly, a little something for me. :) This is a lipbalm holder. For a tube of lipbalm. I just adore the strawberry on top! I'd probably figure out, how to attach it to a keychain. That would be a lot of fun!

I'm ALWAYS looking for new crochet patterns. And pictures that inspire me. I LOVE making things, for the people that I love. It just feels so special, to give them something, that I made. That I thought about them, through the entire process.

I'm sure, that you'll be seeing many more crochet inspired posts. And hopefully, I'll make some time, to crochet myself something. Because, I have never made myself anything! I know. Now let me go search for some more inspiration. ♥

Whispering Kisses

"I wasn't kissing him, I was whispering in his mouth."

That's what I told My Guy's nieces tonight. I know. I'm bad. I'm horrible! But the last thing we expected was the 2 of them racing into our house. You know, mid kiss. Him pressed against me. Me against the French Doors. Explain that to 2 little girls. Oh and were not married. They don't get it.

It's not that I don't have experience with little kids. Or that these 2 little girls have never seen anyone kiss before. I mean they are 9 and and nearly 4. I'm sure they've seen their parents kiss. But sit and explain why their Uncle's tongue was beckoning for permission into my mouth. Or why his hands were now, somehow in places they knew they shouldn't be. Didn't we just have the talk about "No Hands on Pompies?"

Never mind that it's our home. We hadn't seen each other in a few days. Or whatever not. That we're in a committed 1 1/2 relationship. We've been living together for well over a year now. Those things don't matter. So what do we say? My Guy quickly collects himself. And asks why they are there. Where is their mom? His sister. Again why are they there? They're just happy to see their Uncle. Who somehow vanishes for days or weeks at a time. You know, because of his work. Never once, do they try to explain, why they came running in. Why their bags are now on our couch...

You know, as the only 2 really stable people in their lives, I feel like they deserve some sort of an explanation. But how do you explain these things. They're 9 and nearly 4. Remember? I'm sure, parents with kids, at one time or another, have had to explain something along these same lines. I remember a friend telling me a story about her kids walking in on her and her husband, well you know. What did they do? Well, they told their kids that they were playing "Grown Up Games."

What was my response? "I wasn't kissing him, I was whispering in his mouth." :) I know. It was bad. They didn't seem to care or mind. But these 2 little girls didn't soon let us forget. No way! When their Grandma, My Guy's Mom, came to pick them up, they ratted us out! Oh, and we totally missed the camera phone that recorded our little "Whispering Kisses." Ya, I know.

Are we bad examples? Gee, I hope not. But seriously, we never thought that these 2 little ones, would come running through our house. Um, weren't they supposed to be, you know, at home? It's a school night. Ya, their Nanny brought them over to hangout with us. They had missed us both. But still. Totally unexpected. The Nanny made sure to tell us, she'd call next time.

My Guy is still totally taken aback. It's not like these 2 little girls have never seen us kiss. But you know, there is a kiss, and then there is a KISS. Do you get what I'm saying? I think he just felt bad. Because they seen it. Because none of us expected it. I assure you, all the adults in their lives are going to be more careful.

I don't think it would have been so bad, had it been our kids running in. Granted, we don't have kids. Or if these little girls weren't already going through so much. Like divorcing parents. Or that we had just had that talk about "Appropriate Touching." But you know, life happens. It was an innocent, yet passionate kiss between 2 adults. 2 adults that are in a very committed relationship.

The only thing that My Guy could mutter out, after we were ratted out, was "Gee what's going to happen next?" He grabbed the side of his face, shook his head, and sat down. Yes, isn't bad enough that we can't go out? Or that there are very few people that know we are dating. But now this? I understood what he was saying.

I took the girls and made them some ice cream sundaes. My Guy and his Mom were talking. And I caught a bit of the conversation. He was embarrassed. Because he's supposed to be teaching them how to be "Young Ladies." He wants to be the "Postive Male Role Model" in their lives. To show them how men should treat women. And well, you never want your parents to see you doing those things either. Made me sort of laugh. Because I feel the same way. And I LOVE how respectful My Guy is.

His Mom told him not to worry. That the girls most certainly know that we love each other. It's not like they're watching us "Make out" with every pair of pants that walks by. And that was it. But what is really funny is, My Guy is now putting a lock on our bedroom door. I guess he doesn't want to have anymore of these "Talks" with his nieces. ♥
