love about Spring, is all the
fresh fruits and veggies. I'm always looking for a new way to enjoy my favorites. So this week's
Free Recipe from
Gooseberry Patch, is just perfect!
Spring Spinach Sauté 1 to 2 cloves garlic, minced
2 T. olive oil
1 bunch spinach leaves
1/2 c. feta cheese, crumbled
1/4 c. slivered almonds
Sauté garlic in olive oil until golden; add spinach leaves, stirring until crisp-tender. Add feta cheese and almonds; heat through. Serves 4.
Yum! I'm ready to try this out. We got a case of lamb chops, as a gift. And I think this would be the perfect side, to those lamb chops. There couldn't be a better
